Hi and thanks for posting...

Overall you are fairly correct in your points about your perceived 'weaknesses', or at least they are challenges... over 30 doesn't have to be the worst thing BUT no matter what your age-- you need to be sure to justify WHY you need/want this MBA and how it will help you with your career goals. I'm not sure based on what you said about your goals, if you've fully flushed that out in a way so as to make the best case for NEEDing that MBA.

Overall just based on the info you provided here, I'd suggest programs outside the top 20 for better chance... so maybe Kelley, Olin, Carroll... but there are so many variables about schools (geographical region, actual setting, class profile, class size, curriculum, teaching philosophy, etc) that it's tougher to just pick random programs for ya, depends on what you are looking for! ;)

Let us know some more details or how else we can help.

Thank u very much Jen!!

Currently, by my high level research i have following schools shortlisted
Tepper, McCombs, Georgia tech, Kenan flager and Foster

Do you think that i should add/replace tepper to add some safety schools. Please suggest.

Hi there,

I wouldn't think you have to cut Tepper per se... it may be a slight reach but probably matches your background and goals well if you are really interested in it. You may want to focus on 3-4 schools at least for the first deadlines due to time... you want to make sure each application looks like it's the only one submitted! ;) And should be tailored to that school.

Keep us posted!

Nishant -- I liked your profile a lot and definitely your presentation. Thus, thought of why re-invent the wheel.

BTW, all the best for applications and admissions
