Honestly, it's all in how you package it. They will have this question because why would they give a spot to someone who already has a top MBA instead of someone who does not. You have to think of it from their perspective so you will have to have a compelling reason for why you are pursuing an MBA from their school. On the low GPA front you will most certainly need to highlight the reason for this poor performance. Your rationale appears honest and valid so be direct and own the situation. Your low GPA will be a negative regardless but your explanation will add some context which should help your overall candidacy especially given your high GMAT.
