From the information provided, I believe that top-10 US schools would be a very high reach, perhaps unrealistic. However, top-20 schools would be a good target for reasonable reaches and perhaps some on-pars. I believe top-5 in Europe would be reasonable reaches, with Insead being a very high reach.
To be competitive at top-10 US programs, I believe you’d need a higher GMAT (although I note your excellent academics). Also, your work experience, while strong in terms of progress, doesn’t differentiate you within a highly over-represented group
– although I don’t know the details of your projects, and there may be factors that do differentiate you.
