Profile evaluation - 640 GMAT, 6+ years of work experience [#permalink] New post 04 Oct 2012, 08:02
Hi,

I am 29 years, Indian male. I have a GMAT score of 640 and a work experience of 6 years in IT (retail domain).
For the past one year, I have been working at a client location in Germany for a major Sports brand.
I want to apply to Nanyang Business School and NUS for 2013 admissions.
Can you please let me know if my profile and score is good enough to apply to these schools?
My academic profile:

Btech Computer Science : 74.1 %
XII th - 86%
X th - 89%

Hey there Sid,
Well, your GMAT is a bit lower than the average, but well within range. so you are a possible shot for both. LOTS of course depends on your work experience and leadership (about which you didn't get into detail yet - things like how many leads, how many promotions, international experience, size of projects, etc.). Especially that you have a very good amount of work years, the schools are gonna look very carefully at what you have done so far. If you want to post a wee bit more about your work, and answer the questions above, I can probably get a better idea of where you may stand.

Don't be naughty, dude!
:)
