gmat blows,
Your GMAT is not awful and your gender and cultural background will help you from a "diversity" standpoint, so while Chicago is indeed a reach school for you, you should definitely apply there. Georgetown is probably your best bet of the other three schools. Both UCLA and Michigan may be tough for you unless your leadership profile (in and outside of work) is stronger than your post suggests. Again, you could apply to one of them as your second longshot, and then fill out your target list with more doable schools, like CMU and Emory.
