Based on the information you provided, your work experience is rather typical for your applicant pool. That's not a criticism, but merely a reality of the folks that apply to MBA programs here in the US. Given that, your academic profile is a bit lagging for the schools you're targeting (you're GMAT and GRE come in close to each other when you convert). That said, I'm still looking for something that causes you to stand out of the pile. What more can you tell about the volunteer work that you did since 2009? What other achievements and accomplishments do you have? Haas and MIT are stretches for you at the moment. I would focus more so on schools in the top 15-30. McCombs is a good option along with Tepper, Goizueta, and Georgia Tech. Hope this information helps. Also, feel free to check out
