You have many impressive aspects of your candidacy. However, you have to realize that you are part of a very competitive demographic so the actual acceptance rates for your target schools are actually lower than the reported overall acceptance rates. This does not mean that you will not be accepted - but that you have to make sure your applications are strong and compelling. Even a mediocre application will impact your chances -- so make sure that you invest in this aspect of the process.
As for the schools you are targeting, Columbia, Sloan and Haas are the most competitive so your chances at these two schools are significantly lower than the other ones on your list. Your chances are best at Stern and Duke. Also, based on your goals, I would recommend that you also consider Johnson and Anderson -- these schools would welcome your candidacy.
