To be direct, your undergraduate GPA is a bit low for most of the programs that you are targeting. This does not mean that you will not be accepted to these programs - but that all of your margin of error in this process has been used up. This means that you have to submit top quality applications - including essays, recommendations, interviews, etc. Even if one aspect of your application is mediocre, your chances decrease significantly.
As for Lauder, it is very competitive - and your chances there are less than 50%. Your chances are Columbia are better as the school is recuperating from some reputations issues. With a good application, your chances at Stern and Ross are good.
