2) GMAT: 710 (Q: 50, V: 37) AWA: 5.5 (first attempt)
3) Academic:
Master of Business Economics
Major: Econometrics and Finance
Year of Grad: 2009
GPA: 3.9
Bachelor of Business Economics
Major: Econometrics and Finance
Year of Grad: 2007

4) During College: Member of Environment Club & Senior Editor at the Department
Post College: Participated in many CSR events at my workplace
5) None
6) Either MS Finance or MBA with a finance concentration/specialization

P.S.: If you suggest any two year MBA (Fin) programs, I would also like to know my chances of receiving scholarship/fellowship as that is a very important factor for me.

Your stats are good, though you may be a little on the young side for the MBA still. If you feel that you must go back to school now, then you will likely be more successful in MSc in Finance programs (LBS, HEC Paris, Oxford, IE, etc.) but I do believe you stand a chance at MBA programs as well. The "issue" with your MBA applications is a seeming lack of leadership undergrad and now in your CSR work, so if that leadership is present, by all means highlight it for the MBA programs.
