Your stats are good, though you may be a little on the young side for the MBA still. If you feel that you must go back to school now, then you will likely be more successful in MSc in Finance programs (LBS, HEC Paris, Oxford, IE, etc.) but I do believe you stand a chance at MBA programs as well. The "issue" with your MBA applications is a seeming lack of leadership undergrad and now in your CSR work, so if that leadership is present, by all means highlight it for the MBA programs.
