Things look pretty good for you buddy. You have a killer one-two combo in your GMAT plus your 4.0. That the vast majority of students lack. Your career seems solid without being exceptional (at least at first glance, perhaps you have a lot more good stuff buried in there), but still in the right industry, nice and corporate.
For your goals, I'd be tempted to advise you to keel the consumer product stuff on the DL, not because it's not believable, but because then you have to explain a lot. Whereas if you simply state consulting goals, its both believable and normal (this is a good thing).
If you apply to your above school list with good essays and strong recs, I don't see why you shouldn't get into at least one if not more (and perhaps even money too?)
You didn't mention volunteer/community work, so my guess would be that you aren't particularly strong there... so with your extra time, I might work on that a bit... you know round off those corners...
