First of all thanks in advance for your help in evaluating my profile. :) Below is a quick overview of my profile.

Indian Female with 3 years of work experience.
GMAT: 760 (Q: 50 V: 45 AWR: 5 IR: 4)
College: BITS PILANI
GPA: 7.3/10

WORK EXPERIENCE

Business Analytics Associate Consultant, ZS Associates (2015-Present)

Responsibilities

● Finding the most powerful and feasible analytical solution for client’s
problem and implementing it in applications such as MS Excel,SAS or ZS
proprietary software
● Extracting business insights from quantitative analysis
● Communicating business insights and project needs to the client.
● Leading and enabling team members to achieve project goals.
● Facilitating sessions on project approach, job roles and responsibilities for
newly hired associates

Responsibilities
● Spearheaded a wide portfolio of projects such as Sales force sizing,
Restructuring, Multichannel
customer prioritization, Marketing Planning and

I am planning to work in healthcare consulting after my MBA. How does my profile fits for these schools.

Hey there,
Good to hear from you!
Sooo overall you have a good solid profile, with some strengths and a few minor weaknesses. The most difficult thing is the pool you are coming from. Thankfully you are not male! ;) But otherwise your pool will be relatively competitive.

Your GMAT is amazingly fantastic of course, and your employer is a well-known one. My first piece of advice for you is that you should try and see how you can present your profile from more of a leadership + business perspective. Right now, you have presented something that is heavy on the analytic side, and B-school will be looking more for business and leadership.

The biggest weakness I see is that you are non IIT and with a okay but not great GPA. Thankfull you have this awesome GMAT to show that you are academically very very capable, but still, you may go up against similar candidates who DO have that GMAT.

I think your school list could be a good basis, but it's a bit on the tough side. I would suggest adding 1-2 more schools in the 10-20 rankings to make sure you are spreading yourself out.

Thanks. Which other schools in the 10-20 range might be a good fit for me considering I want an MBA with an emphasis in data analysis, and want to work in consulting post that.

Don't worry about the emphasis on data analysis. Meaning that's not an emphasis of the MBA. It's something you should take from your career. For your MBA, which is more generalist you should be simply looking for the programs which are best, i.e. highest ranked and have the best job placements in your target industry.
