All the schools on your list are stretch programs for you.
Yes you should retake your GMAT or adjust your target schools.
700+ GMAT
CMU Tepper, UCLA, Duke
Were you doing better on practice exams? Do you think you can improve your score? If yes, then I definitely recommend a retake even it means postponing to round 2.
