GMAT: 710 (Q45 V41)
GPA: 3.65

However, I am still an undergraduate student and obviously have no post-bacc work experience.

I am in the process of applying to the University of Pittsburgh, Penn State, Syracuse, and Kentucky.
How will the admissions committees at these schools view my application?

Are any of these schools a reach for me? Which are achievable? and Which is a safety school?

I have no idea, but with no experience, my hunch is that you're going to have a tough time getting in.

To be honest, get a job. You'll grow far more as a person and professional by working a few years than continuing on with b-school right away.
