Appreciate any insight you might have, I am 24 years old.

1) Cash grain/commodities trader at a Fortune 100 agribusiness company. Purchase grain from producers/commercial businesses and sell/arbitrage it to domestic mill, export and feed markets through rail, truck and barge logistics. Entered in business management trainee program and 2 years in I am on track to manage a country elevator within a year or so (7 employees net revenue of 10+ million). Have worked in 3 different states while in program, traded 55 million dollars of grain in fiscal 2012. (office traded roughly 350 million dollars). Stellar performance reviews.
2) 700 GMAT.
3) University of Idaho - AgEcon - 3.24 GPA - Worked two jobs to graduate with zero debt load, multiple scholarships.
4) VP/Treasurer Fraternity - managed budget, 100 plus volunteer hours tutoring Native American Children, Nominated Student Employee of year, VP of multiple clubs/projects for College of Agriculture, 2nd place National Food Research Marketing Program.
5) Series 3 license easily attainable.
6)Indiana Unviersity / Purdue Distance Program. Cornell. USC. Any chance at Stanford or Berkeley?
7) R1 - 2015 / 2016
8) Executive level position at multinational agribusiness firm.

I am guessing my gpa and state school are my biggest limiting factors. Stayed in state because of job I had that funded school, proximity to elderly grandparents and proximity to family business (ranching).

I appreciate your time.

Although your UG school's rank is not top 50 (or top 100 for that matter), the fact that it's Idaho can offer a bit of regional diversity not commonly found in the applicant pools. coupled with the professional diversity you offer within the commodities trading business and how that ties in culturally with the Mid-West, and you could just have a profile which gets remembered. Your GMAT is good, so your focus should be on casting a compelling vision for your future which leverages your unique perspective on the markets with the MBA. I would say your chances at bigger city schools would be greater than rural schools due once again to the nature of your background. Continue to garner leadership roles as it sounds like you are--this will help distinguish you as well. Let us know if we can help you when the time comes.

In your opinion, do I have a reasonable chance at a top 10 or 15 School?
