I can't tell you what your interests should be.

Resist the temptation to design a profile for b-school. You will be disappointed and you won't be able to achieve what you really want because your heart isn't in the right place (i.e. you won't be as willing to go through the sacrifices necessary to achieve meaningful things if you are basically doing it for a resume/profile that you hope gets you into b-school).

What I will say is that you're looking at it all wrong. You're looking at it from the outside in (i.e. having external things dictate what you should be doing) rather than the other way around (figuring out what YOU want to do regardless of externals). That is why you are somewhat confused about what you should do because it's not rooted in YOU.
