Hey there and thanks for dropping by,

Sooo you have some very nice stuff in your profile, but first let me ask you about activities. Really what counts more than anything for these programs is what you have done until now, esp. as a leader and mover. More passive things like "doing well" or getting high test scores are great but it's not enough. They want to see you being ACTIVE!!! With leadership, hobbies, volunteer work, the whole shabang.

Secondly, as an MiM applicant, I can't really evaluate your profile without a real GMAT. Given that the applicants don't come in with too much work experience, the GMAT is ultra-important. But anyhow, if you were to get a 750 and a good second internship, you would be in good shape for all of the programs. HBS would still be a stretch though.

Thank you.. :) Another question- Can I get some on campus placement stats, especially of LBS MIM and HEC PARIS MIM? I know that it's almost impossible for International students to get a job in UK (or visa), so where do the Intl. students get placed after graduating from LBS MIM (if they do)?
Thanks again!

Hey there,
Thanks for dropping by. Although I can't tell you exactly about the conditions for getting a visa in England, I can point you to a good source of information regarding employment post MIM: http://www.london.edu/assets/documents/ ... Report.pdf

Essentially their numbers are very good, and basically everyone comes out with a job. One thing that is a bit less clear from the stats is which people from which country are going to which country. (meaning is it Asians who are remaining int he UK? Only British? And who is going to America???). But whatever the case, as pretty much the world's most famous MiM program, I don't think you should worry about not getting a job. Placement in HEC also seems to be quite excellent, although I don't have any separated statistics program-by-program (and I think this information is not available for this school).

But I can say, that visa-wise, it often works on a country by country basis. So probably your best best is to speak to a compatriot of yours who has graduated from the program, and was looking for a job in the same region that you plan on looking a job for in.

Hope this helps,
And if you got anything else, you just let me know,
