Essentially their numbers are very good, and basically everyone comes out with a job. One thing that is a bit less clear from the stats is which people from which country are going to which country. (meaning is it Asians who are remaining int he UK? Only British? And who is going to America???). But whatever the case, as pretty much the world's most famous MiM program, I don't think you should worry about not getting a job. Placement in HEC also seems to be quite excellent, although I don't have any separated statistics program-by-program (and I think this information is not available for this school).
But I can say, that visa-wise, it often works on a country by country basis. So probably your best best is to speak to a compatriot of yours who has graduated from the program, and was looking for a job in the same region that you plan on looking a job for in.
