Hey there sarcastic (what a name!),
I'm missing a wee bit of detail to give you the FULL treatment, but basically things look pretty good - you have the good grades from the right school, with the more than right GMAT, and an excellent employer. There's still plenty of stuff I don't yet know about (detail about work, volunteer experience, leadership), and things will depend on that too.
I think top 20 is reasonable for you (like I said from the info I wrote here), although I would definitely urge you to choose one to two "Safe" schools outside the top 20 that fit your needs. I would say that your aim should be the schools that place in finance and/or are in/near NYC. Soooo Columbia, NYU, Johnson, Booth, Haas (they place well in West Coast finance), maybe UNC to start with.
But I should also write that almost all business schools place a lot of people in finance, so if you have any other schools that you really like feel free to run them by me.
I hope this helps you get started off dude, and if you got aaaaaanythign else, just drop a line, _________________
