Thanks for posting and sharing your profile and situation. First of all best wishes on that GMAT coming up, be sure you prepping thoroughly and taking multiple full-length realistic adaptive practice tests to best prepare you as that score can make a big impact on what tier of schools you may apply to. Have a look at average GMAT scores at schools you are considering-- ideally you want to be as close to (or above) the average at given schools for better chances.
In general based on the info you have provided here, it sounds like you have the following strengths:
-quant and analytical skills demonstrated in the workplace
-recognition and promotions at work
-team leadership and employee development experiences
-sounds like respectable academic/undergrad performance
And the following potential weaknesses or challenges:
-as I understand it you are currently unemployed (?); which could be a challenge to overcome, and also means you would ONLY have the 2.5 years of experience (unless you quickly get another job) even when matriculating (vs some applicants have 2.5 years when they apply but will be 3.5 by matriculation).
-sounds like you likely need to do further research on your next career steps, which will not only help YOU personally but also help with admission as you would have a stronger/more convincing 'story' to tell about why you are even applying to grad school
-community experience/volunteering would be a plus
I think right now it would be most important to a) focus on the GMAT, b) work on applying for jobs if that is the plan, and c) do some career research and figure out what your planned path might look like. Talk to recruiters and/or people in positions at companies or in roles you may be interested in for more feedback and ideas. Review hiring and employment reports at schools you are considering.
Good luck on the process and keep us posted on how it goes and further q's.
