This is a bit of a late response. Sorry.
I'm a current Exec MBA at Cranfield. They are definitely very strong in this area. I have over a decade direct experience in the industry and they've left me feeling very impressed - I thought I was strong in this area, but it's clearly obvious I have a huge amount to learn from them. They're very thorough, experienced and definitely know what they're on about with good case studies that are up to date and relevant. The case studies are picked from around the world where possible, not just the UK or Europe (although Europe of course is often at the cutting edge of current thinking in many real life business examples due to the unique economic/political/population characteristics/demands of this part of the world) - for example expensive land to build on, affluent population that in many key areas is densely populated, congested yet highly developed infrastructure, world leading transport infrastructure and companies (Heathrow, Rotterdam, Maersk, DHL, Port of London, Antwerp, Kuehne + Nagel), etc etc.
The faculty profiles for them can be found at

I'm not 100% sure on EMST Berlin (don't know it), but Rotterdam would for sure be another good option, I also looked very closely at it.
