To answer your last question first, the 1-year gap between taking your GMAT and applying to b-school makes no difference. Your GMAT scores are good for 5 years, so don't worry about that.
Your target schools are well aligned with your goals. My suggestion would be to somewhat realign the order of the rounds in which you plan to apply to specific schools.
For instance, I would move HBS, Wharton, Stanford and Kellog to R1 along with MIT and Tuck or Ross. All things being equal, meaning you've developed a strong application package, it's better to apply to the most competitive schools in the first round when the most spots are available. Applications to other schools which operate with a rolling admissions policy or have later rounds can follow.
Because you would gladly attend any of your targeted schools, showing fit and enthusiasm should not be an issue.
