Thanks for your post. Great job looking ahead, as I believe you said you are aiming to apply next year. There is a little bit of an immediate question of -- do you NEED an MBA??!! That you'd want to be sure you can definitely answer through your applications, but if you are planning on literally starting a charter school/your own school, it may make sense. But another big question is whether you have or will get any training in education? As that would seem a logical requirement as well, to a certain degree, even with some teaching experience.
There are a large number of Indian applicants with IT degrees/engineering experience applying to business school, so you would need to work hard to determine what it is about you that makes you stand out. In terms of the coming year, any experiences you can gain in leadership, people and project management, teamwork, and examples where you go above and beyond and make an impact, are all important for a b-school application.
In terms of social enterprise/social entrepreneurship, the most well known programs (also very competitive) are Yale, Haas, Stanford, Kellogg, HBS. Slightly down the ranking but still competitive-- Ross, Kenan-Flagler, Fuqua, Case Western.
Probably the biggest question I see coming up is just the feasibility of your goals and whether the MBA is definitely the best way to pursue them. It may be, but you'll just need to show that you've done your 'homework' and have a feel for what the exact post-MBA steps will be.
