Overall things look good, except for that GPA, which is your weak point. BUUUT good news is that a low GPA is one of the easier problems to deal with. Do you have any good reason/excuse why you got a low GPA? You might write the school explaining them. But whatever the case, you can certainly compensate it with a great GMAT (which you have done) and a great application (which you WILL do).
From your school list, Wharton and LBS would be stretches (but apply anyway if you dream of going). At the other schools, you should be competitive. I'd also take a look into Haas and McCombs, both of which have great connections/resources for energy folk.
