I'm considering Harvard, Stanford atm. Am I aiming too high? Anywhere I should be concentrating on to improve my application?

Certainly apply to those two if you want, but you should also look at other schools as well no matter how strong your profile - they're difficult to get in no matter what.

As for how to improve your profile - to be honest, I really don't like telling people how to manufacture their resumes or profile for the purposes of b-school - it's ass backwards and frankly the most impressive and accomplished people I've dealt with through this process are those who aren't driven by b-school admissions (i.e. they are accomplishing things for their own sake, rather than for the purposes of manufacturing a profile for b-school). You seem to have an interesting profile, so continue doing what you're doing, working/achieving to your full potential -- in any case, you won't have much time to do anything else anyhow since you're in banking right now.
