It sounds like you have very interesting professional and extracurricular experience. It does seem like you have a narrative around social enterprise/impact, but you have done a fair amount of jumping around in terms of your career path over the past 5+ years. I would be very thoughtful of how you frame those transitions, as it could appear that you are a bit of a "professional wanderer" (which I'm sure you're not!).
Academics are a little weak, I'd agree. And outside of your conference series, I don't see a lot of extracurriculars. I do think it would be worth your while to retake the GMAT if you think there's a chance of improving your score.
In fact I forgot to mention extra curricular activities. I do have a decent list of that 1. won competitions in debating and public speaking at inter college festivals 2 set up an informal schools for girls in local slum community during college 3 consult a few NGOs on Monitoring and evaluation and conduct workshops on the topic as well 4 Love to cycle, recently went from Mumbai to Goa on cycle
Now will all this cover up for Low acads and low GMAT score? I can take the GMAT and realistically score around 720 but not sure if I would want to repeat the whole process again. Thoughts are welcome.
That bike ride must have been amazing! These extracurriculars will help, but hard to say whether it will be enough. I know retaking the GMAT is not a fun idea, but if you really think you can get a 720, I'd advise you to go for it!
