Hi Scott,

Here is my profile. Can u please let me know your thoughts and the answers to my questions?

Indian, Male, 23 yrs.

Education:
Engineer by profession, graduated with 70+%.

Work Experience
Working as a Technical Associate with an IT company in the India from last 14 months. Have an International Exposure in field of software development.

[u][b]Extracurrics
Not a very strong point in my appliaction.[/b][/u]

Target Schools : Kellogg, GSB, Wharton, HBS, Haas, Stanford, Ross/MIT, Duke Cornell, ISB or any others suggested??

My questions to you specifically:

1. What type of profile (experience, GPA, extra-curriculars etc) at least is required (considering MBA in Finance/Marketing)?
2. Any particular weakness that I should focus and try to improve upon?
3. What all should i do for my extracurrics for strong profile building, which is a weaker section in my case?
