Hi Asphalt,
Good that you are not planning to re-take your GMAT, you should concentrate on your application essays & interviews which constitute 60%-65% of the entire application. With more than 5 yrs. of work experience, you are in perfect stage of your career, which mostly b-schools look for. Try your chances in b-schools by clicking
https://www.general-ed.com/chances-of-bschool . You can also target 1 yr. courses in INSEAD, IIM-C/PGPEX, IMD, IE-Spain, Rotterdam, Texas-Mays, Boston-Caroll and Thunderbird.
I would advise you to focus on your application evaluation essays. This is where you can demonstrate your leadership qualities, achievements, professional vision and other abilities. A well presented and perfectly written essay is absolutely critical to make a strong case for yourself during the final interview.
Do let me know any other concerns you might have.
Cheers!!
