I wouldn't worry much about grades. Because you have a law degree and a high GMAT, you would eliminate any concerns about your ability to handle the curriculum. One thing you need to do, however, is to make your experience sound more intentional, and less meandering. Show how you have built upon each subsequent step in your career and how the diversity of experience you have gathered will situate you well to contribute much to your b-school classmates and ultimately much to your post-MBA consulting career. You willl also need to connect your long term vision to your short term one---right now there seems to be a disconnect. In other words, why do you need to do mgt consulting before you launch your bike business? Basically creating a thead throughout your career (past and future) will be critical to demonstrate vision and purpose in your plans. You might also consider looking at Duke and Kellogg based upon your combination consulting and entreprenurial focus. Hope this helps.
