So it sounds like a lot of your questions could possibly be directed to staff, students & alum at some of the Australian b-schools you are considering... that will be the best way to get the most accurate info of what the environment is like over there!
Some general thoughts...
-be sure to think through exactly a) why you want the MBA, and b) why you are interested in Australia.... it seems you have a lot of q's about the Australian post-MBA environment; I'd suggest starting with that research before even focusing on specific schools etc
-each school will have employment stats, even often on their websites, so you can see exactly what grads are doing, what companies recruit there, where people go, etc. There is a certain amount of portability with an MBA degree but it is also always easy to make connections and network in the country in which you study of course
-reach out to schools-- talk with students and alum and ask about your concerns; you can ask admissions to put you in touch with current students/alum.
