Congrats on the degree from Hult. Not sure if you are working currently/after that degree/before the MBA? Which would be more ideal for your profile. You have some interesting aspects to your experience but schools will also want to make sure you truly need the MBA after your MSc in International Business, so be prepared to set up that argument. Also the GMAT is a must-improve, as you know. With the current score it will be a struggle at any reputable school. Be sure to invest in some preparation!
As for schools, on your list McGill stands out as more well-known globally; in terms of the details and stats for each program, you'll want to dig into the schools websites and rankings (side note: I generally refer to the Financial Times global MBA ranking to get a feel for how programs in various countries very generally stack up against one another). In terms of scholarships, it can be difficult for b-school; they are often reserved for the very top applicants; most b-school students finance their education through loans.
Good luck on the process, keep us posted!
