Hi,
I am an Indian female IT engineer/Business consultant, 29 years old based in Boston, MA. Can you please evaluate my profile for UCLA FEMBA Flex 2013?

Number of years of work experience: 7+ years
Quality of work experience: I have been working in the US for 3 years and am a Business consultant. I do have some managerial experience.
Recommendation: I am have 2 of my current supervisors recommending me of which one of them is a UCLA Anderson alumni
GPA: I have an under graduation degree in Computer Science and scored a first class from a reputed institute in India
GRE: I wrote the GRE instead of GMAT and scored 325
Essays: My essays does cover a wide range of my personal and professional achievements and goals
Other indépendant courses: I have completed 2 indépendant courses - one from UCLA Extension on "Pre MBA Mathematics" and other from Harvard Extension on "Spreadsheet modeling for managers.

From the information you’ve provided, I believe you are likely a qualified and competitive for the UCLA FEMBA Flex program.

One factor that's unclear, and would have a bearing on your competitiveness, is your work performance. Your role is appropriate for FEMBA and other programs at this level, however, it’s not just WHAT you do but your track record of advancement, leadership, and impact within your roles. The adcom will be looking to see that you’re a high performer within the given role -- and your application (resume, essays, recs) should portray such a record.

The GRE score is OK, and your academic track record is very strong. I expect that you’ve earned good grades in you independent courses. :)

Overall, to reiterate, assuming an impressive work performance and a strong application, I consider you to be a viable applicant to the FEMBA program.
