Hi,

You definitely have a great profile - excellent academics (GMAT/GPA), very strong professional experience and pretty strong extracurriculars and community activities. That said, consultants often have pretty impressive profiles, and applying to Harvard and Stanford only would be a risky strategy. I would recommend that you add others to your list.

As for recommendations, it's best to have recommendations from people who work with you closely and have witnessed your professional development over time.
