Hi there, thanks for sharing your background with us!
Based on the information provided, I think you're reaching a bit with your target schools. Here's why I say that:
* Your academic profile is way off for your applicant pool - your GMAT score is (on average) about 100 points away from the median of these programs. In addition your GPA is in the bottom 10%
* In gauging your work experience, I assume you've operated as an IT Consultant (as opposed to Strategy or Operations). Your awards and accolades are a great way to stand out, but I'd encourage you to focus more on the impact and leadership components of your experience. With over 8 years, the AdComm will expect you to be operating as a manager by now.
* Your goals - given that you're 30 years old, you are a 2-3 years older than the average applicant. Why do you feel this is the right time to go after an MBA? What do you hope to do afterwards? You mention continue at a consultancy, but in what area? If you're an IT consultant now, do you want to shift to strategy? These are the key questions that help AdComms assess fit.
* Your involvement - I see a lot of great activities, but I also see a lot of "members", "took part in", or "represented". It's hard to gauge what these mean and how you had impact in these roles. I know, it's not ideal to discuss these details in a forum, but I point this out to say that your extra curricular activities are evaluated on quality, not quantity. Think about how you make an impact in these roles and highlight your leadership capacity - this is what sets you apart!
Given that you probably don't want to wait another year to apply, I'd encourage you to think about retaking the GMAT and seeing if you can develop an alternative transcript to be ready for the Fall of 2016. Then, depending on your scores, you can rethink the best schools to target. The way it stands now, I wouldn't target your current set, and I would focus more on programs in the 20-30 range in the US.
