Hi,

I would like you to evaluate my profile please and if you could guide me on how to improve my profile to increase my acceptance rate in top 30 MBA colleges.

B Tech - biotech - 80%
GMAT- yet to be given

work exp= 2 years TCS (software engineer) 1 year HP ( business consultant) till date.
looking for opportunities outside IT industry- NGO or Startups. Will quiting corporate and joining NGO or STartup help increase my changes to get admit. Also, I have heard that worknig with corporate for 1 year is too less. If I quit HP and work in NGO my profile will be:

In IT a certain amount of moving around is typical. You don't appear unstable as long as each move came with greater responsibility and more interesting work.

I'm giving a webinar Thursday and part of it is on how to improve your profile. You can register at https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/217682730 .

One of the best things you can do now is do well on the GMAT. You have good grades and lots of leadership.

Best,
Linda
