hi im planning to apply for the msc finance(full time ) at LSE ,msc finance and economics at said , oxford and MiM at LBS. im in the senior year , pursuing civil engineering at Indian Institute of Technology ,Kanpur ,India(the top ranked technical institute in india) my cgp is 9.7/10 (iit has relative grading system ). gmat score: 760 i've been invoved in a number of extra-curricular activities.. i have a senior diploma (first class with distinction) in classical indian musical instrument tabla. i was an elected member of the student senate(the student representative body of the university ) i was the senior finance executive of the annual technical festival of my college. i was a student guide in my sophomore year i have served as a volunteer at leading NGOs a number of times i have also done an internship at a leading public sector company in india (engineering intern ). i can speak four languages ...english, hindi ,maithili and little bit of german. i was the vice president of the student council(the student body) in my high school.
please tell me if i stand a chance of getting a place in the above mentioned programmes. Also i have Bs in a couple of maths courses does that severely affect my chances of getting a place on the msc finance programmes???
