Verbal 38 (83 percentile)
AWA 5.0/6.0

Verbal: 640
AWA : 4.0

TOEFL:110

Education: MS in Electrical Engineering , GPA: 3.2

your profile should be more than adequate for those schools in their PT program. This assumes, of course that you will give a good interview, and submit a compelling application. Remember the PT programs are a bit more lenient on credentials because they generally have more room in their classes for more students than the full time programs and also the PT program is generally a revenue-generator for the flagship fulltime program. This all adds up to a more favorable admissions cycle in general. Having said that, you may want to add a third school to your list just in case. Let us know if you need help crafting your story, etc.
