Your profile looks strong although would have liked to see a high GPA (nothing you can do about that now).  I would focus on t he following:
1- what makes you a leader?
2- Where have you shown initiative
3- Have you been entrepreneurial
4- Why do you you need this MBA now?
5- Volunteer: This area also looks weak with only one involvement and not one where you have led or taken initiative. I would look to supplement this asap.
You have the pieces in place, with good WE. You just also want to be show you are an overachiever, and a superstar, I think working on 1-5 above will help you to position yourself this way.

You could also consider USC on the list since you seem to be CA focused.
