Hi
Please find my profile below:
country of residence: INDIA
GMAT: 760
Undergraduate: BTech.69 % (among top engineering coleges in India (non IIT))
work ex: 2 years 9 months with a US IT giant : worked as an IT Developer/Analyst and a team lead
3 months at a top consulting firm as an Associate , it recruits from many top Bschools(by the time I join the MBA I will have 1 year experience at this firm)
no international work ex..
extracurriculars : average..
I am concerned about my low GPA....will it be compensated by my GMAT score?
is the GPA viewed separately or the GPA and GMAt viewed collectively ?

Post MBA goal : join a top consulting firm as a Consultant

plesae find below the schools I have shortlisted and suggest any additions/deletions

tier1 (Columbia Oxford Cambridge Stanford )pls select 2 out of these
tier2 (CMU Darden Duke Cornell UCLA) 3 out of these
pls select some good safety schools

I'm not going to select schools for you -- I would hope that you have personal opinions and preferences of your own.

Where do you want to go? That should dictate where you apply. I know that sounds simplistic, but given your range of schools, it comes down to that.

I have no preoccupations about the geographical location of the school or the location of the MBA or any constraints about the school's placement statistics...I want to attend a school rich in intellectual capital and which would provide me with a great learning experience....I had shortlisted these schools based on that.
Rephrasing my previous question, based on my profile, how would you rate my chances for these schools?
