HBS and Wharton are going to be stretches, but not completely out of reach - go for it. You should be competitive for the other schools you mentioned. You are certainly younger, but not that much younger, especially as schools are looking to go a bit younger (and schools like HBS are going a lot younger). As cliche as it sounds, a lot of it comes down to your essays, rec letters and interview.
