marineondeck,
That is about a 3.33-3.67 GPA in the US -- good enough to aim for top programs. Your GMAT, combination of Asian-UK-US international experience, well-branded education and corporate law background, and the leadership patina conferred by military experience and your ECs should make you competitive at all the schools you mentioned, with HBS being the wild card. If I saw your CV and profile in a little better focus I could suggest some tweaks to improve your odds -- but you seem to be doing the right things and I see no red flags.
