You're right your grades aren't thaaaaaat fantastic on a five point scale. But tell me, for your university, do they do rankings or percentiles? And where would your grade fit?

There is nothing like this in my uni, i even don't know my exact GPA, as i don't know, which grades will be in my diploma and which will be not (not all grades count there). For now it is approximately 50 percentile, but noone really knows. Still such grades in my uni account for 5.0/5.0 in most other in the country

Hmmm, allright, well then in that case leave things as they are. The grades aren't necessarily going to help you out, but they don't look bad either, and all the rest is in order.
