Hey there dude, So first of all thanks for stopping by and thanks for leaving such a DETAILED message! It really helps me evaluate you!
So, first of all, you should be using your GMAT score and not your GRE. It's much higher, and it's the GMAT (which is still preferred, even if schools accept both).
Let's have a look at the main points of your profile:
PROs: Good firm, Good industry, Good work experience CONS: Applicant Pool (Indian/Tech/Male), Non-IIT Graduate with so-so grades, No real international experience Question marks: Volunteer work? Leadership?
So, you are coming from a VERY tough pool which is VERY competitive. The most important thing you will need to do in your application is STAND OUT! The schools see a lot of profiles similar to yours, and if you apply with a "normal" application, it runs the risk of getting lost in the pile. so what is unique about you? your experience? your writing? your goals? Make sure you emphasize this throughout the whole application.
With your profile and GMAT, probably your "sweet spot will be about schools ranked 30-50, with schools ranked about 20-30 being your stretch schools and anything below being your safe schools. this is pretty approximate and if you come back to me with a short list (which should be short ) I can elaborate further,

Hey Khajan, Sorry to hear you haven't gotten in anywhere yet, but don't get too discouraged just because of two rejections! In all my years of helping hundreds, even thousands of candidates, I can't remember a single one (okay, maybe one... ) who got in everywhere. Rejection is a normal part of the process. As we say "It aint over till the fat lady sings". And BEFORE you think about which schools to apply, you may want to have someone review your application (we offer a service here: http://admissionado.com/mba/packages/a- ... -analysis/). You may have some weaknesses or mistakes in your application that you aren't aware of, and getting another set of eyes on your essays is just soooooooo valuable.
But whatever the case, keep that chin up! You still have plenty of schools yet to hear from.
