The 700 GMAT should be solid enough for top EMBA programs; that does not mean admission is based upon the GMAT alone-- keep in mind the schools look at your entire profile and application-- your experiences, your recommendations, your resume, your essays, your goals, interview, etc. They look to create an interesting class profile where everyone can learn from one another, so definitely will aim to assess what you would bring to the class.
Your international experiences and exposure will be a great strength and provide perspective different from those lacking international experience, and your consulting across various industries will also benefit you in the application process and in the classroom. Be sure to emphasize management and leadership experiences where possible, results and accomplishments, impact made, etc.
Otherwise, work on those essays-- that is where you can make the most impact at this point in time. Good luck and keep us posted!
