Kindly evaluate my profile.
Work experience : 18 months ( July 2011 - Dec 2012)(24 months by June 2013)
Gender : Male
Nationality : Indian
Profession : Software engineer

Professional Experience :
Software engineer: 1Yr 6 Months in Manufacturing(Fortune 200 client) and Banking domain(Fortune 10 client) (With one of the most reputed Indian IT company, a CMMI level 5 organisation)

Extra acads : Quite a lot, Organised a lot of college festivals, Did project as well as event management, Opened several socities at collegiate levels, won several competitions at inter collegiate level, drug awareness as well as child labour awareness campaigns with NGO's etc, Theatre and direction of plays.
as well as several professional trainings in project finance and analytics space.
GMAT 1 : 700 ( QA :49 , VA :36)

Areas of Interest :Primary: Finance Secondary: Leadership
Colleges to apply :

My Queries :
1) How are my chances going to get affected by the a relatively low workex and not so great undergraduate degree??
2) Considering my profile,Which schools shall i apply in Top 50 and that i shall have a relatively high chance of getting an admit call?

Please suggest me some good options. I need help on an urgent basis
