Profile Evaluation-GMAT 710 work ex 3 Years
GMAT Score: 710
Indian, Male, 27 years
Graduated in CSE(Computer Science and Engineering) from a reputed university of India in 2009, CGPA: 6.82/10(68.2%)
Work Experience: 3 years in IT industry working for one of India's largest securities depository Limited(November 2009- present) -Currently working as a software developer with TCS -Supervising a team of 4 people
No community or extracurricular activites which may show leadership abilities.
I want to do 2 year full time MBA ,preferably in Finance or Marketing
Please suggest if my profile makes a decent one for a good B-school. If yes, which ones should i target?I would like to apply in 6-8 good B-schools depending upon my profile

Hello, and sorry for the notable delay!
Congrats on your strong GMAT, first off!
Secondly, it's important to show your business capabilities in your applications. What have you done at work to show leadership and supervision? What sort of team projects have you worked on? What are your goals for the MBA program, and how will you reach them through your furthered education? MBA admissions want to see more than what your daily responsibilities are, they want to see how you can help grow the business environment and contribute to the program itself.
Using specific examples of what you've achieved in your professional career and how you can apply this to the program will give you a stronger profile for your applications.
