My apologies for the delayed response; I was traveling. It's not clear from your post what kind of leadership experiences you've had at work, so that, combined with your lack of extracurriculars since college, hurts you. At the same time your GMAT score is surely a decent one, well supported by your GPA. If you do your best on your application to make the most of what you have you may have a chance at Darden, UNC, and/or Duke, though they are all long-shottish for you. I would not delay a first-round submission just so you can retake your GMAT -- it's not your biggest worry. Given your goals, you might also target Emory and Georgetown.
