However, I would say that you should look into the student profiles on the various websites to determine the best range of schools for you based on average GMAT score and GPA.
From that point on, you should craft a clear set of career goals in your post-MBA life. Determining the areas of business where you want to focus after your program will help you do additional research on schools within your range to understand their specialization, and how their alumni network will benefit your specific interests.
If you can make your goals / career passions very clear in your application as well as speak to how the program that your applying to will help you achieve those goals, you’ll increase your chances for acceptance.
