I am 27 yo :) Female currently in my final year of PhD in Molecular Biology . I am aiming these three schools
1)Ivey
2)Queens
3)Rottman

Will be grateful if you can give me feedback on my profile:

Academic
B.Tech from Avg university in 2009
Currently in Phd final year at Canadian University.
3 publication in well known journa
GPA:3.8 /4in PhD
9.4 /10 in Bachleor
Certification in Innovation in Health care from Harvard University (online)
An introduction to innovation in health care ventures for those interested in entrepreneurial opportunities in health care technology, management, consulting, or investing.

Extra Ciricullar:
Red cross Canadian Disaster management team member
vice president of University student body

Exp:
none in corporate environment
4 year as Research assistant at University ( not sure if it will count)

My Gre score in past was 1290 which converts to 640 GMAT. All these university accept GRE scores.
I can try for GMAT again if higher score will increase my chances to get admisson.

About 25% or maybe a bit more get into those schools with less than 640 on the GMAT, but you have an advantage as a woman and also with a PhD, so I would say yes you can increase your chances with a higher GMAT score, but it's certainly feasible that you could get in with what you have at those schools if you have a well crafted application with a clear vision for how your past will connect you to your future. Extracurriculars in school will count, but it would be best if you are involved in your community in some way, so think on some things you have done in your past which you can potentially tie into something you could do now so it looks more like a lifelong passion and continuum with the occasional break instead of starting something fresh now which could be construed as padding the resume.
