Harvard is more interested in your story than your GMAT and since you hail from an under-represented region for b-schools (middle east) and since oil and gas experience is hot right now, I would say, coupled with your legacy status, you could have a shot without a marquee GMAT score. Having said that, the entire thing would of course be predicated on your writing stellar essays and conveying your vision (which frankly could come of as gratuitous if handled incorrectly), in a mature, sincere way. If it's grounded and does not sound idealistic, your vision, which sounds like it ties directly into your career experience thus far, could indeed catch their attention in a positive way.
