Biggest hurdle for you is being a bit on the inexperienced side. Chances are, assuming you continue to progress in your current job/company (i.e. you continue to get more responsibility, you get promoted, etc.) then you will likely be a stronger candidate in a year or two. If you want to go now, by all means apply, but just know that your chances are likely better with 1-3 years more experience. Again, you seem to have the foundations for becoming a strong candidate for the schools on your list, but it's just a matter of having more years on your resume. Also, while the med school thing isn't really a concern - it'll be even less of a concern the more years of experience you have (because then it will be clear that the decision to leave med school wasn't a rash one because you've "stabilized" so to speak in a steady career for a few years since that decision).
